Please make every effort to attend for your appointment, if you cannot attend please contact the surgery as soon as possible so that the appointment can be given to someone else

If you are signed up to the Text Message reminder service you can Text Cancel back to that message and it will be cancelled for you if need be.

Missed appointments cost the NHS approximately £216 million per year, and increase waiting times for every one.
