We welcome new patients that live inside our Practice boundaries. You will initially be seen by our receptionist for registration and you will also be asked to fill in a brief questionnaire for each member of the family. If you can bring your NHS number, any repeat prescriptions and copy of immunisations or Red book if under 5 yrs old.
Long term use of Hypnotics and Anxiolytics (sleeping tablets and tablets for anxiousness) is not recommended. Meddygfa Emlyn is committed to helping patients reduce their use in an appropriate reduction regimen. New patients need to be aware of this and by joining Meddygfa Emlyn accept that they will co-operate with the doctors in reducing their use of these medications.
