Repeat Prescriptions

Please think ahead and order before you run out.

Please allow 2 working days for prescriptions if collecting from surgery. Allow another day if collecting from chemist.

By telephone	Prescription Telephone line is open between 11am to 12 noon for urgent queries only. We can no longer take repeat prescriptions over the phone.
In Person	Drop in your repeat slip to box in reception with what you need ticked and chemist of choice . If you do not have a slip a piece of paper with name, date of birth and details will suffice. Local pharmacies will also request prescriptions on your behalf.
By Post	You can post your repeat prescription to us and we can send direct to chemist or if you enclose a stamped addressed envelope we can return to you.
